MINI pancakes WITH BIG FLAVOR
Where it all began
On June 24, 2021, Gonzalo and Andrea created an Instagram page. The next day, June 25, they set up a couple of tables and a 10X10 tent in Pinewoods, a local Athens neighborhood. The family members took turns handing out flyers and waving down cars to promote the newest treat in Athens. Friends and family came. The following weekend they opened again. People came back, and they started telling their friends. They continued to open the pancake stand and received such positive feedback. This made them commit to open Athens Mini Pancakes every Friday & Saturday night for a few hours. And that’s just the beginning.
